Now, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team and reinforcing their footprint in the Market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that effectively showcase their maintenance software’s value proposition to their target audience. The position is based in their HQs office in Thessaloniki.
The position
In case you are selected, your main duties will be:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies contributing to company achievement objectives, increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and optimizing conversion rates
- Manage effectively digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to reach target audience dynamics, maximizing ROI
- Monitor and analyze all relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance, identifying market trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Develop compelling content for the company website, social media posts, articles, brochures, and other marketing material
- Manage website design, enhancing user experience (UX), and apply search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase online visibility, user engagement, and website performance
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies, initiatives, and industry trends, identifying further opportunities for business development
- Integrate and manage HubSpot, utilizing Marketing Hub and marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes, nurture leads, and optimize customer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Your profile
To be able to successfully carry out the duties of the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you should meet the following criteria:
- 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles for a technology/software company
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Creative thinking and a flair for content creation and storytelling
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools
- Outstanding communication & ability to work collaboratively both with cross-functional teams and external partners.
