HR Manager @ Agris SA

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s people strategy from our offices in Kleidi, Imathias. By aligning HR initiatives with business goals, you will help shape a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, ensuring AGRIS SA remains a leader in its field. In case you are selected, your main duties will include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with AGRIS SA’s business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract high-caliber professionals
• Drive Employer Branding initiatives to position AGRIS SA as an employer of choice
• Support organizational growth by identifying and developing talent pipelines
• Oversee and continuously improve the performance management system
• Assess, design, and implement targeted training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Build strong employee relations, acting as a bridge between management and team members
• Establish and maintain effective internal communication channels
• Monitor and refine HR policies, systems, and procedures for operational excellence
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and innovation.

To be qualified for the job, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable
• Proven track record in HR management or similar leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of labor and social insurance legislation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and influence others.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• A passion for fostering talent and driving organizational success.
