The position
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-related role. We are looking for a reliable professional colleague, who is able to balance customer orientation with a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal will be to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients, and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
The target market will be the US market and your working hours will be partially according to these time zones.
In case you are selected, your main duties will be:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing/closing a deal
- Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present Scientia’s solutions to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your accounts/clients to understand and meet their needs
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Your profile
In order for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties of the job, you should possess the following:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Exceptional communication skills in English (near-native level), both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of CRM Software (HubSpot Suite is a plus)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build and foster relationships
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and digital banking
- BSc or BA in business administration, marketing or similar, is a plus.
