Their solutions combine IoT, AI and analytics to help private and public organizations reduce their environmental footprint, develop human-centric working environment, and enhance their governance policies in line with European and Global directives.
Currently, they are looking for a passionate Sales Account Manager for their office in Athens, to manage sales operations and drive growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, she/he will play a key role in the company’s overall success.
The position
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales accounts and achieving revenue targets.
In case you are selected, your main duties will be:
- Lead Identification and Deal Closing: Identifying and qualifying leads. Successfully closing deals
- Customer Relationship Management: Managing relationships with key customers. Providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly. Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proposal and Quotation Management: Analyzing RFPs from public and private organizations. Understanding requirements and driving the team to create and submit the best possible proposal. Writing quotations customized to clients’ business needs
- Sales Strategy Development: Devising the company’s sales strategy. Ensuring the company’s products/services are appropriately demonstrated throughout the customer prospecting process
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting ongoing market research and analysis. Identifying new opportunities, emerging trends, new technologies, and competitive threats
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitoring sales performance metrics. Analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement or optimization
Your profile
In order for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties of the role of the Sales Account Manager, you should possess the following:
- Experience: 5 – 10 years of extensive experience working in Sales. Experience in SaaS, ESG, or the energy/facility management industry is a plus
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. A track record of results in strategy management and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competencies: Self-driven, hard-working, and client focused. Advanced commercial and business awareness. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Advanced listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Language and Computer Skills: Fluency in Greek and English. Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel internationally across the EMEA region
