Senior Front-End Developer (React) Fully remote @ Yodiwo

They are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join their team.

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our web applications, ensuring high-quality code and excellent user experience. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to create responsive and interactive interfaces and collaborate with other developers to improve our development processes and best practices. In case you are selected, your main duties will be:

• Lead the development of our web applications using React
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with designers to create responsive and interactive interfaces
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate with our RESTful APIs
• Ensure the code meets our coding standards and is properly documented
• Write automated tests to ensure high-quality code and prevent regressions
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
• Manage project priorities, and ensure on-time delivery of quality code
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance on project-specific
• Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
• Keep up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies

In order for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties of the role of the Senior Front-End Developer, you should possess the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Typescript
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews)
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack or Rollup
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• A University Degree in Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, or any other IT-related major
