Technical Proposal Writer @ ATLANTIS Engineering

ATLANTIS Engineering is the leading company in SE Europe in CMMS/CAFM solutions, Industry 4.0 and Maintenance Consulting. They develop software solutions tailored to industry maintenance departments. They are dedicated to ongoing research and development, leveraging cutting-edge technology to continuously enhance and extend their product portfolio.

Now, they are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Technical Proposal Writer to join their R&D team in Thessaloniki and support the development and execution of competitive funding proposals for innovative technology projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled at writing compelling grant proposals and have hands-on experience in executing EU-funded projects.

In case you are selected, your main duties will be:

• Identification of interesting EU and international funding opportunities for the company
• Conceptualization and iterative challenging of novel project ideas
• Proposal development (incl. design and writing of excellence, impact, and implementation parts) for collaborative projects
• Stakeholder engagement for consortium building
• Participation in the management and implementation of EU research projects
• Task execution, writing of deliverables (technical and/or non-technical) and participation in project meetings
• Work closely with S/W developers’ team to ensure adequate support for project delivery.

To be able to successfully carry out the duties of the role of Technical Proposal Writer, you should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical field
• Proven experience in preparing, managing, and implementing EU-funded projects – preferably those with a technological focus
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications in industrial domains (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, Big Data etc.)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical Stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills in cross-functional and multicultural Environments.
